Potwise provides mathematical analysis for education and hand review. It does not know your bankroll, jurisdiction, or table meta-game. You are responsible for complying with the laws and house rules that apply to you, including where online tools or training software are restricted.

No warranty

The software is provided as-is. Monte Carlo results depend on sample size, and all models are simplifications. Verify critical numbers independently when stakes are high.

Public API

The decision API is provided as-is. It has no uptime or availability guarantee and may be rate-limited, changed, or removed.

Eligibility

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to use gambling-related tools. Do not use Potwise where these tools are restricted.

Limitation of liability

You use the tool and the API at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, Potwise is not liable for losses that arise from their use.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden.
