Positions

UTGUnder The Gun
First seat to act preflop. Usually the tightest opening spot at full tables.
MPMiddle Position
Seats between early position and the cutoff.
COCutoff
One seat to the right of the button. A strong late position.
BTNButton
Last to act on postflop streets at a full table.
SBSmall Blind
Posts half a blind and is first in after the flop.
BBBig Blind
Posts a full blind; already has a stake in the pot preflop.

Standard stack and bet size unit. 100 bb = one hundred big blinds.
SPRStack-to-Pot Ratio
Effective stack divided by pot. Lower SPR means commitment comes sooner.
Pot oddsPrice to call
Break-even percentage needed for a one-shot call from the current price and pot size.
EquityShare of the pot
Expected portion of the pot for your hand versus an assumed or sampled opponent range, including ties.
OutsOut cards
Cards that significantly improve you relative to a stable villain range.

Both cards share a suit; s means suited. Distinct from AKo in combo counting.
AQoAce–Queen offsuit
Suits do not match; o means offsuit.

Weighted or unweighted set of hands you assign a player on a line.
